This pack contains 240 g (8.46 oz) of herbal blend, providing approximately:
1 month at 85 ml (3 oz) brewed tea, 3× daily (starter use)
40 days at 85 ml (3 oz) brewed tea, 2× daily (maintenance use)
20 days at 170 ml (6 oz) brewed tea, 3× daily (high use-Recommended for extreme health challenges)
Take on an empty stomach — no food 2 hours before or 1 hour after. Water, black coffee, or herbal teas may be taken during this time.

Shelf life: 2- 3 weeks in the fridge. Shake or stir before each serving.
Serving: May be reheated gently or enjoyed at room temperature.
